About Clearly Clean Windows

My wife and I started Clearly Clean Windows in 2002. We started it with the objective to provide personalized window cleaning and other cleaning and maintenance services to Wasatch and Summit County. We quickly found that by simply providing friendly, professional services, and doing little things like returning phone calls and showing up on time made us stand out from most of the competition.

We got busier and busier and we had a child so I started working with James who later bought part of Clearly Clean Windows (CCW Services, Inc). He helped us to continue to provide a even higher level of professional services.

As we have gotten larger, and more well known in the area we've had to expand, yet we strive to make every customer feel like they are important, and are receiving the same friendly, professional service.

Late in 2006 we bought a Crystal Clear Window Works franchise which gives us the opportunity to provide a unique service to the Wasatch and Summit County area. We see failed window regularly cleaning windows and this is a great opportunity. We are expanding this aspect of our business into the Wasatch front. Crystal Clear Window Works is on the forefront of cutting edge window technology. Not only have they developed this unique system to restore failed windows, but they are expanding into other window technologies that will change not only how windows are repaired, but how they are made in the future.

So the last year we have added additional services, marketing and business skills to our company. Yet we know the essence of a great small business is its relationship with our customers.
